Captain’s Cup 2025 Season

B440 Indoor Pool Information
|

Lap Swim: Mon.-Thurs. from 11am-1pm & 4-7pm. Open/Lap Swim: Sat. from 10am-4pm. The indoor pool is free and open to all hands. Children under age 10 must be supervised by someone aged 16 or older. Children between 10 and 16, if left unattended, must be able to pass a 25 meter swim test. Non-swimmers are only permitted in shallow end.
