Great Lakes - Veterans Memorial Golf Course

Veterans Memorial Golf Course is closed for the season.

This fall the course saw a much anticipated delivery of maintenance equipment. We have added three rough mowers, one brand new greens mower, two aerators, two greens rollers, and a new blower. Next year promises to be a much better year in terms of course conditions for a variety of reasons. We will have a course that is already mowed to proper heights before winter, the ability to spray chemicals and pesticides from the start in 2025. We also started in the fall aerating the greens and tee boxes, as well as top dressing the greens, which has not been done in several seasons.

We thank all our loyal patrons for their patience in 2024 and promise better things for 2025 and beyond!
